About Hearts in Oneness, LLC

Our Story

Our Mission

After retiring from active duty, I struggled greatly with an inability to manage stress and emotional stability which caused chronic physical pain and inflammation.  All the modalities offered are what I use to support my personal spiritual development practices and self-empowerment toolbox.  


 I am passionate to share these tools because 

After retiring from active duty, I struggled greatly with an inability to manage stress and emotional stability which caused chronic physical pain and inflammation.  All the modalities offered are what I use to support my personal spiritual development practices and self-empowerment toolbox.  


 I am passionate to share these tools because it is my purpose, mission, it's a loving and healthy way to support others, and yay, I get to practice too.  If you are serious about reducing stress and the symptoms of it, living more heart-centered, and being more of your True Loving nature; we are happy and dedicated to support our collective journey.  


My Education: M.A. in Criminal Justice with a focus on victimization. M.S. in Exercise Science. Certified HeartMath Coach licensed for individual and small group training with trauma sensitive training.  Certified EFT practitioner, level 3 trained with trauma informed training. Certified Biofeedback practitioner

We have a community focus working with nonprofits and other community organizations whose mission is to provide resources, healing help, and Love for the benefit of the entire community.  Providing individual and group support for professional practitioners, clients, advocates, and the community.

Before we proceed to the actual practice these are the precautions one must follow. People with the following Conditions should not Practice:

1. Infants and young Children
2. Pregnant Women
3. Woman having Menstruation
4. People with Glaucoma
5. People with Severe Liver Problems
6. People with Severe Heart Problems
7. People with Hypertension
8. People with Severe Kidney Problems
9. Heavy Smokers
10. Heavy Meat Eaters (especially red meat)
11. People consuming Addictive or Hallucinogenic Drugs

We come together in small groups to practice simple but powerful heart-focused meditations.
